What can you find out about a city‘s essence by doing the opposite of what every tourist does: always looking up. What can you learn from a place and it‘s inhabitants by looking down instead? Can the things that are being lost or deliberately left behind on the street tell a story of a place? What kind of picture do they paint? Can you get to know a place by only looking down?
